Getting certified at IDT
Integrated Digital Technologies (IDT) is a Microsoft
Certified Technical Education Center (MCTEC) that provides a full range of
computer classes and certifications from beginning to advanced skills.
Located in Pasadena, IDT offers courses for Microsoft Office User
Specialists, A+ Hardware Specialists, Computer Graphic Designers,
Webmasters, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE), Microsoft
Certified Database Administrators (MCDBA), and Microsoft Certified
Solution Developers (MCSD). IDT also offers training courses for the Cisco
Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam and/or the Cisco Certified Network
Professional (CCNP) exam. We also offer IT professionals advanced training
in Windows 2000, Visual Basic 6.0 Programming, and a variety of other
topics.
Our entire staff of fully certified and accredited
professional instructors, have multiple certifications, such as MCSE, CNE,
CNA, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, A+ and are all Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT)
for the courses that they teach. Class size is limited to 12 students,
which in turn maximizes the amount of interaction between the student and
instructor. Our instructors also encourage a strong degree of
participation in each session. Individual tutoring is available when
necessary.
IDT offers a hands-on method of training, that provides
the fastest way of making sure that those trained are totally proficient
in their new skills. IDT students achieve another benefit from our
hands-on method of training with comprehensive computer systems. This
approach encourages students to experiment and seek answers to questions
that may not otherwise be possible to answer in a lecture-only setting.
The student can also spend additional study-time at the center outside of
their normal course times. IDT's goal is to provide a truly professional
standard of technical training within the shortest period of time
possible. This gives our graduates a competitive edge in the IT job
market.
Our facility is "State of the Art". For example Cisco
students have access to a wide variety of the latest CISCO routers and
switches for their hands-on use. Students are taught from the latest
audiovisual equipment such as portable projectors and multimedia capable
large-screen projection panels. IDT uses only the latest in "cutting-edge"
industry standard software.
IDT offers its courses to students
from all walks of life. We teach from corporate to private students, from
JTPA to Rehab. We also have highly skilled professionals taking courses to
expand their set of skills and increase their value in the job market.
IDT also provides career assistance through our job placement
office. IDT has an 85% success rate for placing students who are looking
for jobs.
